Anup Patel is the Managing Partner of ZNP Development, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, acquisitions, development, and execution across all projects. He oversees the real estate lifecycle from opportunity evaluation and planning through construction oversight, financing, stabilization, and long-term asset strategy.

With more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, and asset operations, Anup brings a hands-on, disciplined approach to every project. He works closely with municipalities, architects, engineers, contractors, lenders, and consultants to move developments from concept through completion while maintaining a focus on quality, accountability, and financial performance.

Rahim Gangwani is a Partner at ZNP Development, where he leads the firm’s capital formation, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. He works closely with investors to identify opportunities, structure equity investments, and build long-term relationships that support the company’s continued growth.

With more than 10 years of experience in the banking and investment industry, Rahim brings extensive knowledge of financial analysis, capital markets, investment strategy, and relationship management. He oversees investor outreach, due diligence, onboarding, equity commitments, capital calls, communications, and reporting with a focus on transparency and alignment.
